Updates to Our New Client Booking Process
To help us better support everyone in our survivor community, we’re now requiring a $50 administrative fee for all new client bookings. Your consultation will be officially confirmed once payment is received. We truly appreciate your support as we work together to restore lives and seek accountability for those impacted by financial betrayal.

From loss to leadership
Born from Experience
We started LSSC Victims Nonprofit during a time of massive financial betrayal because we wanted to help people get their lives back after the LSSC scam. We aren’t a distant institution. We’re a group of people who personally felt the sting of loss and the weight of uncertainty. Founded in Houston, Texas, our organization was created to fill the void that many of us faced during our own darkest moments. By turning our personal stories into a platform for survival, we’ve built a foundation of genuine empathy that traditional recovery services simply cannot match.

Professional leadership with a personal mission
Led by Expertise and Heart
Led by our CEO, Jacques Divin Bolingo Olongo, we combine professional expertise with personal advocacy. Jacques brings specialized experience in non-profit management and grant writing to ensure our work supports long-term community rebuilding. We bridge the gap between emotional support and the technical side of justice, making sure every victim’s story is documented correctly. We turn scattered records into strong cases that demand accountability from legal and financial institutions.

Helping you rebuild your entire life
More Than Recovering Money
Financial scams cause damage that goes much deeper than a bank balance. Our approach is thorough, offering everything from debt management and credit rebuilding to counseling and emotional support. Through our six support tracks, including victim intake and emergency relief, we work to stabilize your present so you can focus on your future. We stand as a unified voice for those who have been deceived, providing a safe place to speak out and find your way back to dignity.

Changing the system together
Turning Victims into Advocates
Our work doesn’t stop at individual recovery. We want to see systemic change. Through workshops, literacy programs, and collective advocacy, we help our members protect their communities. When you join our programs, you aren’t just another case number. You are an essential voice in a movement that demands fraud accountability and a future free from scammers. We rebuild our lives on a foundation of empowerment, turning shared trauma into collective strength.
